General Information and Instruction to Authors

For online submission, first, register yourself providing all the necessary information. Then login to our Online Journal Management System, and fill the portion asked for. Provide information about all the authors in a sequence to appear in the manuscript if published and assign the corresponding author. Before start submitting your manuscript, you must ensure that you have the following documents ready for online submission:
- Cover letter to the Editor-in-Chief
- Title page: It must include a concise and informative title, the name(s) of the author(s), the affiliation(s) and address(es) of the author(s), the e-mail address, and telephone number(s) of the corresponding author, conflict of interest statement relevant to their publication (i.e. relationships between the authors and funding agencies, both financial and personal, that might affect the conduct or interpretation of their work and about which editors or readers might wish to be made aware), and acknowledgment.
- Main Body of the Manuscript: It must include a concise and informative title, abstract, keywords, and the basic structure of the manuscript. All the figures and tables must be placed within the text as well.
- Figures: For each of the figures cited in the text, please upload an individual file in doc/docs/jpg/png format. Make sure that the numbers and captions of all the figures cited in the text must match those of the files uploaded.
- Tables: For each of the tables cited in the text, please upload an individual file in doc/docs format. Please ensure that the numbers and captions of all the tables cited in the text must match those of the files uploaded.
2 Cover letter
Please include the date of submission, address, subject, and declaration in the cover letter. In the declaration, you must confirm that the manuscript submitted has been prepared following authors’ guidelines, and the content of the manuscript or a major portion thereof has not been published in a refereed journal or submitted for publication elsewhere.

4 Manuscript preparation
Prepare the manuscript in the double-column format according to the following instructions. Template for SUST JST Manuscript is available here, should you wish to use it. Please do not alter the format or the paper size of the template.
4 1 Paper size
The prescribed paper size is 21 x 29.7 cm. Select the 'Mirror margin', and set the given margin for the whole document: Top: 2.54 cm, Bottom: 2 cm, Left: 3.3 cm, Right: 2 cm, gutter: 0, Column width: 7.22 cm, and Spacing: 1.27 cm
4 2 Title
It should be concise and informative. Avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible. Limit the title within 200 characters. Type the title in Times New Roman, size 14, boldface, 1.5 lines, 6 pt. spacing before and after the title.
4 3 Authors’ name
Please clearly indicate the given name(s) and family name(s) of each author and check that all names are accurately spelled. Write the author's name in Times New Roman, size 12 regular font; provide their affiliations (full postal address and, if available, email address of each author). The affiliation should be in Times New Roman, size 11 regular font;
Indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication, also post-publication.
4 4 Abstract
For this journal, the length of the abstract should not exceed 200 words. It should be in Times New Roman, size 10, regular font. The abstract should state the purpose of the research, the principal results, and major conclusions briefly.
4 5 Headings
Divide the article into a clearly defined and numbered heading. Subheadings should be numbered 1.1 (then 1.1.1, 1.1.2, ...), 1.2, etc. (the abstract is not included in section numbering). Please use no more than three levels of displayed headings. Headings should be in Times New Roman, Size 11, Boldface and Subheadings should be in Times New Roman, Size 10, Boldface. Use 8 pt. spacing before and after the headings and subheadings.
4 6 Main Text of the Manuscript
In the preparation of the text, the authors should pay attention to the language (usage of words grammar and construction of sentences), logical presentation, enumeration of the assumption, justification of approximations etc. and all the limitations must be stated. Moreover, an article must be self-contained, its presentation being clear, concise, and satisfactory.
Please write the main text of the manuscript in Times New Roman, size 10, regular font, and use 6 pt. spacing before and after the paragraph, and ‘single’ line spacing in the text. Cite the references in the text by number(s) in parentheses in line with the text. The actual authors can be referred to, but the reference number(s) must always be given. Example: '.... as demonstrated in [2,5]. or Islam and Chowdhury [7] obtained a different result ....' Please ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list.
4 7 Mathematical equations
Use the equation editor to write the equation and submit equations as editable text, and not as images. Number equations consecutively with equation numbers in parentheses flush with the right margin, as in (1).
4 8 Units
Follow internationally accepted rules and conventions: use the international system of units (SI) if possible.
4 9 Figures and tables in the text
Please provide each of the figures and tables cited the text a number using an Arabic numeral and a suitable caption. Please ensure that the figures and the tables are placed next to the relevant text in the manuscript in numeric order, rather than at the bottom or the top of the file. Provide the corresponding caption directly below the figure and above the table. The captions of the figure and the table should be in Times New Roman, size 10, regular font.
5 Conclusion
Present main conclusions in a short ‘Conclusion section, which may stand alone or form a subsection of a ‘Discussion’ or ‘Results and Discussion’ section. Do not replicate the abstract as the conclusion.
Acknowledgment
Place acknowledgments of people, grants, funds, etc. in a separate section at the end of the manuscript before the references.
References Number the references in the list in order in which they appear in the text.
