Union Digital Centers (UDCs) were established to ensure information technology-based public service delivery at the rural local level in Bangladesh. The study was conducted using a quantitative research approach based on primary and secondary data. Data has been processed and analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of MS Excel and SPSS software. Primary data has been collected from the different UDCs in Dowara Bazar Upazila of Sunamganj district. Whereas, secondary data has also been collected from the various articles, journals, and different sources available on the internet.
