Author Guidelines for Submission

  1. Online Submission

To submit a manuscript, authors must first register on the Online Journal Management System by providing the necessary information. Once registered, log in and complete the submission process by filling in the required details.

Ensure that all authors are listed in the correct order as they should appear in the published manuscript, and designate the corresponding author accordingly.

Required Documents for Submission:

Before beginning the submission process, ensure you have the following documents ready:

  • Cover Letteraddressed to the Editor-in-Chief
  • Title Page, including:
    • Concise and informative title
    • Full name(s) of author(s)
    • Affiliation(s) and address(es) of author(s)
    • E-mail address and telephone number of the corresponding author
    • Conflict of interest statement
    • Acknowledgments (if applicable)
  • Main Manuscript, containing:
    • Title, Abstract, Keywords
    • Structured body text (Introduction, Methods and Materials, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion).
    • Figures and tables inserted within the text
  • Figures: Each figure must be uploaded separately in JPG, TIF, or PNG Ensure that all figures are properly numbered and captioned, matching the references in the text.
  • Tables: Each table must be uploaded separately in DOC or DOCXformat with consistent numbering and captions as cited in the manuscript.
  1. Cover Letter

The cover letter must include:

  • Date of submission
  • Journal nameand editorial address
  • Manuscript title
  • Declaration statement, confirming:
    • The manuscript adheres to the journal's author guidelines.
    • The work has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
  1. Manuscript Theme

Authors must select the appropriate theme from the provided list when submitting their manuscripts.

  1. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts must be formatted in a double-column layout following the journal’s template, which is available for download. Authors should not modify the format or paper size.

4.1 Title

  • Should be concise and informative(≤ 200 characters).
  • Avoid abbreviations and formulas.
  • Format:
    • Font:Times New Roman
    • Size:14 pt
    • Bold, 1.5 line spacing

4.2 Author Details

  • Clearly indicate given name(s) and family name(s)for all authors.
  • Provide full affiliation details (postal address & email) for each author.
  • Author Name:Times New Roman, 12 pt, regular
  • Affiliation:Times New Roman, 12 pt, regular
  • Indicate the corresponding authorresponsible for manuscript communication.

4.3 Abstract

  • Maximum 300 wordssummarizing the background, research purpose, key results, and conclusions.
  • Format:
    • Font:Times New Roman, 12 pt, regular
    • No section numbering

4.4 Headings

  • Use a clear hierarchical structurewith numbered headings (excluding the abstract).
  • Headings:Times New Roman, 14 pt, Bold
  • Subheadings:Times New Roman, 12 pt, Bold
  • Example:
    • Introduction
    • 1 Subheading
    • 1.1 Further Subdivision

4.5 Main Text

  • Font:Times New Roman, 12 pt, regular
  • Line Spacing:5
  • References must be cited numericallyin square brackets (e.g., [2,5]) in chronological order within the text.

4.6 Equations

  • Use an Equation Editorto write mathematical equations.
  • Number equations consecutively (1), (2), (3)...aligned to the right.

4.7 Units

  • Follow International System of Units (SI)

4.8 Figures & Tables

  • Place figures and tables next to relevant text(not at the end).
  • Use Arabic numeralsfor numbering (e.g., Figure 1, Table 2).
  • Captions:
    • Font:Times New Roman, 12 pt, regular
    • Figure captionsbelow figures
    • Table captionsabove tables
  1. Conclusion
  • The conclusion must summarize key findingswithout repeating the abstract.
  • It may be a standalone sectionor a subsection of "Results and Discussion" or "Discussion".
  1. Acknowledgments
  • Include funding sources, grants, and contributors before the reference section.
  1. References
  • References must be numbered in order of appearancein the text.
  • Use the following formats:

Journal Article:

  • Single Author:
    • Author, I.N.(2015). Title of the article. Title of the Journal, 32(3), 4–10.
  • Two Authors:
    • Author1, I.N., & Author2, J.P.(2000). Title of the article. Title of the Journal, 15(1), 120–127.
  • Three or More Authors:
    • Author1, I.N. et al.(2011). Title of the article. Title of the Journal, 21(7), 120–127.

Book:

Book Chapter:
