Abstract :
Full finite-range distorted-wave Born approximation method has been applied to analyze the
angular distribution of cross-sections of 40Ca(6 Li,d)
44Ti reaction for the 32 transitions involving
both the bound and unbound states of 44Ti by using the normal optical, Michel and molecular
potentials. As far as we know, Michel and molecular optical potentials have been used for the first
time in analyzing these reaction data. All the three optical potentials are found to produce
satisfactory fits to the experimental data. The spectroscopic factors using all these optical
potentials are extracted and are compared with those of some previous studies.
